Terms

These terms cover purchases in the HoltDir Net shop for the Minecraft server at holtdir.net. Buying means you accept them. Playing on the server is covered by the server rules, and joining the server counts as agreement to those rules.

Virtual goods

Coins, ranks and passes, items, skins, and loot crates exist only for HoltDir Net. They are for use on the server. They are not cash, they are not a bank balance, and they cannot be exchanged for money.

Who receives it

The purchase goes to the Minecraft username in the basket at the time you pay. If that is not your username, that player gets the goods. Check the name before you pay.

Staff do not move a finished purchase to a different name because the name was typed wrong.

Coins

Items priced in coins are paid from the signed-in wallet in this browser. The coins are taken when you press buy. If the balance is too low, the purchase does not go through and the basket stays as it was.

Coin packs priced in euros add coins only when that card payment is completed. A coin pack sitting in the basket does not credit the wallet.

Card and ranks

Offers priced in euros, including coin packs and ranks, are paid by card. The shop opens card checkout when that payment is available. Ranks and passes are prepaid for 30 days and run on the Minecraft name that was paid for.

Card details are handled by the payment provider. The shop does not store the card number.

How payment works is on this page: Payment.

Use on the server

Goods are for play on holtdir.net under the server rules. A ban, a removed build, or a plot reset under those rules does not refund the coins or the purchase.

An intentional lag machine is a permanent ban from the network, with no refund of in-game value or purchases.

The server rules are on this site: Server rules.

Chargebacks

A chargeback, or a payment that was not yours, is taken back off the Minecraft name. That name can be banned. Do not pay with a card you are not allowed to use.

Prices and offers

Offers, prices, and what an item contains can change. The version on the shop page at the time you pay is the one that applies to that purchase. A later change does not rewrite a purchase that is already done.

Contact

A problem with a purchase is a Discord ticket. Include the Minecraft name and what was bought.
