Payment
This is how players pay in the HoltDir Net shop for virtual goods on holtdir.net. Coin prices come out of the wallet in this browser. Euro prices are paid by card through Stripe. Paying means you accept this page and the terms.

Basket
Putting an offer in the basket does not take coins and does not charge a card. The total in the basket is what you pay when you press the buy button. You can change the amount before you pay.
The button names the way this basket is paid. Buy with coins means every line has a coin price. Buy with card means every line has a euro price. Coins and card means the basket has both.
The button stays hidden until a Minecraft name of at least 3 characters is in the basket. Closing the basket does not undo a payment that is already finished.
Minecraft name
You have to be signed in to pay. If you are not, Buy sends you to the login page and nothing is charged. The goods go to the Minecraft name you are signed in with. That name is 3 to 16 characters: letters, numbers, and underscores.
Check the name before you pay. If it is not your name, that player gets the goods. Staff do not move a finished payment to another name because the name was typed wrong.
Coins
A coin price is taken from the signed-in wallet in this browser when you press Buy. Adding the offer to the basket does not touch the balance. The wallet is on this device. It is not a bank account.
If the balance is too low, the button turns red and says there are not enough coins. It returns to blue a moment later. No coins are taken, and the basket stays as it was.
Signing out removes the balance from this browser. Signing back in with the same name on this browser can put that balance back. Another browser, or another device, starts empty. Coins are not paid out, not sent to a bank, and not traded for real money outside the official shop.
Coin packs
Coin packs are priced in euros. They add coins only after that card payment is completed. A pack that is only sitting in the basket does not raise the wallet. A coin pack is not paid with coins.
Card
Euro prices, including coin packs, ranks, and passes, are paid by card through Stripe. The shop shows Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe. The connection is encrypted (SSL).
The shop does not see or store the card number, the expiry date, or the security code. Stripe handles the card. The shop keeps the Minecraft name and what was bought so staff can deliver it on the server.
A rank or pass is prepaid for 30 days and runs on the Minecraft name that was paid for. It does not move to another name, and it does not put that player above the server rules. Until Stripe confirms the payment, the rank, the pass, and the coins from a pack are not delivered.
Coins and card together
A basket can hold coin prices and euro prices at the same time. The coin part is taken from the wallet when you press Buy, if the balance covers it. The euro lines stay in the basket until the card payment is completed. If the coins are not enough, nothing is taken and the card checkout does not start.
Prices
Each offer shows its price and whether that price is coins or euros. The price on the offer at the moment you pay is the price for that payment. A later change on the shop does not rewrite a payment that is already done. Nothing is sent by post, so there is no shipping cost.
Delivery
Coin goods leave the wallet in this browser as soon as Buy succeeds. Card goods are delivered on holtdir.net to the paid Minecraft name after Stripe confirms the payment.
There is no parcel and no pickup. The goods exist for play on the server. Staff deliver a finished card payment to the name that was paid.
Unfinished payments
Leaving the page, closing the basket, or failing the card checkout does not finish a euro payment. Those lines stay unpaid, and the shop does not charge the card by itself. A coin payment that already went through is finished. Refreshing the page does not put spent coins back.
Chargebacks and refunds
The goods are virtual and for use on the server. They are not refunded as cash, and coins are not converted back into euros. A chargeback, or a card that is not yours, is taken back off that Minecraft name. That name can be banned. Do not pay with a card you are not allowed to use.
A ban, a removed build, a plot reset, or a permanent ban for an intentional lag machine under the server rules does not refund the payment or the in-game value.
If the payment went through and the goods never arrived on the server, open one Discord ticket with the Minecraft name, the time, and what was bought.
Rules
A payment does not lift the server rules. Joining holtdir.net still counts as agreement. Selling coins, ranks, or shop goods for real money outside the official shop is forbidden.
The server rules are on this site: Server rules.
The terms for purchases are on this page: Terms.
Contact
A problem with a payment is one Discord ticket. Include the Minecraft name and what was bought.
